Privacy policy
This is a translation for your convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the German version prevails.
1. Privacy at a glance
The following information gives a simple overview of what happens to your personal data when you visit this website or contact us. Personal data is any data that can be used to identify you personally.
This website uses no contact form and no embedded third-party content. The font is hosted locally. To measure whether calls come from our Google ads, we use Google Tag Manager and Google Ads conversion tracking (section 4). Cookies are only set for this with your consent. We use no other analytics tools.
2. Controller
The controller responsible for data processing on this website is:
Real Taxi Innsbruck
Fahri Kantar
Langstraße 38
6020 Innsbruck
Austria
Phone: +43 664 5348985
Email: innsbruckrealtaxi@gmail.com
The controller is the natural or legal person who, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data.
3. Hosting
This website is hosted by the following provider:
ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich
Owner: René Münnich
Hauptstraße 68
02742 Friedersdorf
Germany
When you visit this website, the host processes on our behalf the data that is technically necessary to deliver it (see “Server log files”). The processing is based on our legitimate interest in providing our website securely and reliably (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Server log files
When you visit this website, information transmitted by your browser is automatically stored in so-called server log files:
- browser type and version
- operating system used
- referrer URL
- host name of the accessing computer
- time of the server request
- IP address
This data is not combined with other data sources. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in the technically error-free and secure provision of the website.
SSL/TLS encryption
For security reasons, this site uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by “https://” in your browser’s address bar and the padlock symbol.
Anonymous click counting (no cookies)
On our own server we count how often the phone and WhatsApp buttons on this website are clicked. We only store the date and time, the type of button (call or WhatsApp), the page and position of the button, the page language and whether a phone/tablet or a computer was used. No cookies are set, no IP addresses are stored and no data is passed on to third parties; it is not possible to identify you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in understanding and improving the use of our website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Cookies and Google Ads conversion tracking
We use Google Tag Manager by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"). Tag Manager itself sets no cookies; it only loads the measurement tool described here, and your IP address is transmitted to Google when it loads (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We advertise with Google Ads and count a tap on our phone number after an ad click as a "conversion". We only learn the total number of such calls, not who called. With your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 165(3) Austrian TKG 2021) Google sets cookies for this (e.g. "_gcl_au", up to 90 days). Without consent Google sets no cookies; via Consent Mode only cookieless signals (e.g. time, event type, browser information) are sent, from which Google estimates conversions statistically. Personalised advertising is not enabled via this website.
Google may process data in the USA and is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. You can give or withdraw consent at any time via "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page. More: Google Privacy Policy.
5. Contacting us
Enquiries by phone or email
If you contact us by phone or email, we process the details you provide (e.g. name, phone number, pick-up address, destination and time) in order to handle your enquiry and carry out your ride. We do not pass this data on without your consent.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to a contract or is necessary for pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, the processing is based on our legitimate interest in handling enquiries effectively (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We keep the data until you request its deletion or the purpose no longer applies (e.g. once your enquiry has been dealt with). Statutory retention obligations – in particular under tax and commercial law – remain unaffected.
Communication via WhatsApp
We also use the messaging service WhatsApp to communicate with customers. The provider is WhatsApp Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland. The website itself does not embed WhatsApp – WhatsApp only opens when you click the “Open WhatsApp” link.
Communication is end-to-end encrypted. However, WhatsApp has access to metadata (e.g. sender, recipient and time) and, according to its own statements, shares data with its US-based parent company Meta. For more information, see WhatsApp’s privacy policy.
We use WhatsApp on the basis of our legitimate interest in fast and simple communication (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The content exchanged remains with us until you request its deletion or the purpose no longer applies; statutory retention periods remain unaffected.
Google Maps (link)
On our contact page we link to Google Maps so that you can view our address on a map. This is a simple link – Google’s website (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) is only accessed when you click it. Google’s privacy policy applies there.
6. Your rights
Within the scope of the statutory provisions, you have the right at any time to:
- access your stored data (Art. 15 GDPR)
- rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
- erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
- restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
- data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
- object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR)
Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR)
Where data is processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing of your personal data. We will then no longer process the data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
For all data protection matters, please contact the controller named above.
Right to lodge a complaint
If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law, you can lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Österreichische Datenschutzbehörde), Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, www.dsb.gv.at.
7. Storage period
Unless a more specific storage period is stated in this privacy policy, your personal data remains with us until the purpose of the processing no longer applies. If you make a justified request for deletion, your data will be deleted unless statutory retention obligations prevent this; in that case, it will be deleted once these periods have expired.
